Subsea Manager - Delmar Systems

James is the Subsea Manager for Delmar Systems based in Houston, Texas. In this role he coordinates and directs engineering and operations activities for subsea equipment installation and maintenance activities for subsea field developments on a worldwide basis.

James has been providing deep water construction services for production system installation for the past 18 years during his time with Delmar Systems. Prior to Delmar Systems he spent 5 years working Front End Engineering and execution projects with Halliburton KBR. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University, he began his career with Oceaneering International in Louisiana.

James currently hold several industry patents and serves on the Texas A&M Ocean Engineering department industry advisory board and was recently recognized by the ASCE with an annual Offshore Technology Conference Hall of Fame award.
